Lancaster based, Cyferdyne delivers a new, exciting approach to the underground scene with the release of their album Genesys.
Throughout, Cyferdyne delivers a sound that could be classified as both EBM and Industrial. Melodic, clean vocals mixed intrinsically with harsh, body-rocking beats will force listeners on to the dance floor. “GENESYS”, mastered by Kolja Trelle (SOMAN) and mixed by Phil Barry (Be My Enemy/Cubanate), is built on a foundation of meaningful lyrics with a post-apocalyptic feel. Backed by a strong, electronic sound, Cyferdyne inspires a sense of movement in the most casual listener.
With an energetic approach, haunting, dual vocals and a driving beat in every track, Cyferdyne is able to pull audiences in from multiple genres; this partially attributed to the wide range of music that inspires the band, ranging anywhere from Combichrist to Faithless.
