Brain Leisure is a one-man dark electro project hailing from France. In the late 80's and early 90's, Dominique Debert was heavily influenced by Skinny Puppy, Frontline Assembly, Numb, the Klinik, Vomito Negro and last but not least Leaether strip. He recorded his first (and last) demo "No TV Sketches, Realities of Fight" in 1992. The highly sought-after tape received positive reviews from the alternative music press, and served as a prelude to Brain Leisure's participation on 1993's classic electro compilations "Blood & Computers 1" (Paradise Movement) and "French/Belgium Industries-Fabriquations 1" (Machinery Records).

In 1994, Hard Records released Brain Leisure's critically-acclaimed debut "Mindfire". Recognized for its intricate, multi-layered programming and excellent songwriting, the album features the instant club hits "Teknology", "Million Faces", "Deadful Hate", "Never Trust A Smile" & Beyond the Limits. Brain Leisure's amazing remixes for Wumpscut have propelled the band to the forefront of the alternative electronic scene, with legions of rivetheads anxiously awaiting new material.

Plagued by personal problems, Dominique was forced to retreat from the scene only to return stronger than ever! In 2006, Brain Leisure has staged a remarkable comeback and contributed amazing remixes to Tyske Ludder "Sojus" and Grandchaos "In Sedens" DCD. The two tracks offer some promising glimpses of what was yet to come.

Since 2003, Taury Goforth has been actively composing and constructing music as KiLLSWiTCH. This music was based in electronica, but focused in the "industrial" genre with strong hints towards destructive sounds of punk and metal.

In February of 2006, Taury started a project with keyboardist, Roger Jarvis, of Kevorkian Death Cycle named HexRx. In 2007, Taury's album, X, was released in mid-summer, becoming a huge hit with LA industrial crowds with popular songs "Dominate" and "Greed". Taury parted ways with HexRx in the Spring of 2008 to focus on a small group of tracks that he'd been working on while writing music for HexRx

Taury also, at this point, began work with guitarist Kyle McLaughlin. Their band, PunctureWound, breifly described here, is highly influenced by NiN, Ministry, and Hanzel Und Gretyl. You can check their music for this project out at their MySpace (http://www.myspace.com/pwound).

Jason Scamara (DJ Liquid Sex Drive) picked up the drum sticks to play shows with Taury in 2009 under the blackcentr banner (blackcentr being named after Taury's song on the HexRx album, X). Later, Taury Goforth decided to inevitably move on with his songs for this project and create Dead Hand Projekt in early 2010. Original line-up included Tim Miller of No Last Resort, Taury Goforth, and Jason Scamara whom at this point is a full member of the band. Tim Miller performed live one show with this band, before leaving DHP to focus on his sound engineer schooling and career in this field.

Dead Hand Projekt is blunt and in-your-face industrial with powerful words, aggressive vocals, and a unique sound all its own.

1993 - Micha starts to do music with his first drumcomputer (Korg DDD1) and sampler (Roland S-10). This equipment is later completed by an Atari ST1040 and a Korg 05R/W sound module and some guitar effects.

1994 - Micha starts to play keyboards in a guitar-wave band called ‘Vincent Price’. Unfortunately this Band breaks up a couple of months later.

1995 - ‘False Positive’ is Micha’s first project; covering noisy industrial sound. Soundsamples can be found here later. Maybe there will be a special CD with Micha’s early works released later on. Back then Micha experimented a lot with different styles from industrial to neofolk to get experience in producing music using pseudonyms like ‘Drop Dead’, ‘Elenium’ and ‘Cherish Obey’.

1998 - In february 1998 ‘dead turns alive’ is officially founded and Micha begins to work on the first songs yet without the aim of releasing an album. The first dead turns alive song ever is ‘Thrillseekers 1.0’. In september 1998 the first live-performance of dead turns alive takes place in Bremen/Germany at a location called ‘Alter Schlachthof’.

1999 - In late 1999 the first CD is released. It’s a 3-track Maxisingle limited to 300 copies, containing songs that are also released on the first album later. Micha starts working on the first fulltime release now.

Dead turns alive is back! After years of silence the long awaited album Maelstrom is finally available. The new longplayer contains a mix of rough edge industrial, melodic synthpop and hammering beats. Serving fans of melodic atmospheric synthpop with hightlights like 'The Serpent's Chant' or 'Fading Away', and pleasing hardcore industrial clubbers with songs like 'Love Is Lost' or 'S.I.N.', it surely covers a wide range of dark electronic music, inspired by the old school heroes of EBM and Industrial. In addition to that, Maelstrom contains four excellent remixes by BAK XIII, Brain Leisure, November Process and Revolution State.

Dust is Noise originally began as a Synth Pop/EBM side project of the band Alter Der Ruine. It has since evolved to tackle other genres and expand its sound and thoughts. At the start of the year 2007 Eclipsed found solo as its 4th project. It is mix of experimental electronic, mad analogs, vulgar rhythms, wild break beat and atmospheric samples. After edition of debut CD from project Samhain -violent identity by slovak publisher Aliens production and edition of CD Last influence of Brain - inner wars by publisher Vendetta Music he prepare material for project Eclipsed on the CD Clone Me. He was cooperating on this debut CD with K-Head from KIFOTH.

The musical beginning of Tcheleskov Ivanovitch dates back to the eighties. 
At that time, Trevosky created the group IDLO. During more than then years, they officiated in a kind of powerful electronic music, placing the emphasis on the music and the visual aspect. Therefore, their gigs were realized (Maxi 45t, cassettes, compilations,...). When IDLO stopped their activities, Tcheleskov took the opportunity to create Grandchaos, a solo project which allowed him to explore other horizons.

A first CD named "pèlerin" came out in 2000 . various atmospheres were're evoked by means of elementary electro. Some people called it "drum'n'bass", others experienced it as classical body music whereas some saw it as original soundtracks of an imaginary film. Three years afterwards , Grandchaos came back with a five tracks CD titled "la forge". The register was still as electronic but with a new element, i.e. Tcheleskov's voice haunted the songs. This effect increased the impression of indifferent melancholy/gloom freeing itself from the music as a whole.

In 2004, for his third CD "Ionize me", Tcheleskov has integrated techno drums in his minimal electro nearby the origins. 
The result was perceived : cold violence on a background of bpms. "Ionize me" told us about the human condition : alienation, hatred, pain, melancholy and loneliness...

Tcheleskov revealed his feelings. He told strange little stories where the human finds himself in small rooms, spaces where the little voice in the head becomes torture. A world without marks, finally a world very similar to ours. The hell is on the earth and it's not the strange feeling who emanates from "ionize me" who will contradict us! December 2007 : after a few mini albums and a double CD with remixes, which was released in 2006 on the American label Vendetta records. "Open source" can be considered as the first real album of the project. Mastering by Geert de Wilde of IC434. 
14 electro tracks with cold and dark ambiences; the tiny voice in the head has still a lot of things to say and won't shut up... 
"Open source" was massively handed out during the BIM 2007, 300 people got the album!

Olivier T., already involved within Gandchaos for the live performances, video projection and numerous remixes, became now officialy a part of the project. The next Grandchaos album will be done in total collaboration with him. Olivier T. is not a newcomer on the electro scene because he was already active with his two projects (Opale with Scal...et Metamorphose) sinds 2000. Now, he do most of his remixs under the name of Atopic. For example : TAT, Matières et Mémoire, Void Kampf, Muckrackers, Foretaste, IDLO and Grandchaos.

Spring 1993, that is the era when KIFOTH appeared in the world of music. K-head (composing, programing, sampling, acoustic performance) and mir Colon (philosophy, voice, sampling, programing) established KNEEL IN FRONT OF THE EXECUTIONER.

The protagonists of the KIFOTH made the first striking sign on March 1995 with live-performance together with industrial legend Einleitungszeit, also Brazil Morgue and domestic Morbid Fancy. The first album CIVILIZATIVE COLLAPSE is the element of rhythm that conquers all around by its aggressivness and straightness. The Slovak electro-fans were amazed with the show.

To be proper, there is released first-live-tape FIRST TIME PUBLIC before the mentioned above. The tape maps the first material did in Slovak language. A very first live-performance. The third record is EBOLA. This album is remastered and re-released on April 2004, as 10th anniversary celebration, by VUZ Records, including exclusive remix of song 'Possessed By The Right To Modify'.

KIFOTH uses English language, but it wasn’t so all time. The live-tape includes song sang in Slovak language only. This epoch well known song is "Ježiš Kristus" (Jesus Christ). Original version is on Civilisative Collapse tape. A natural continuance is seen on the Ebola as song Last Sermon. As bonus of album Acerbity Torrent is 2006 version of the "Ježiš Kristus".

Year 1999 is debut time. KIFOTH's first CD SPECTACLEBREAKERS made by Slovak label FRONT CD Records. Due to a perfect arrangement, German electro-giant OUT OF LINE took exclusive west Europe & Interbeat made the America. The same year means the first Europe touring for KIFOTH. K-head & mir Colon with S.O.L.O. as drummer went around the middle Europe as supporer of Mexican star HOCICO. Since 1999 KIFOTH exhibits regularly on Wave Gotik Treffen festival.

FUNDAMENTUM DIVISIONIS is name of the second CD. The executioners flow down into deeper spheres with this album. Dark music, harsh philosophical attitude. As if my words are confirmed with mir Colon’s health upset. The singer puts the KIFOTH’s future on uncertainty due to his difficult car carsh. So the time of never-ending waiting comes.

Audience of Strange Fest 2003 at Pelhrimov, Festival of electro-industrial music at Prague, Apocalyptic Vision vol.4 at Bratislava, Hulifest 2006 had the opportunity to take the experience with the new material. A concert that makes a cut through the whole band history. It seems KIFOTH goes ahead to find out the needed sound and performance, developing the philosophy. All this for to stand KIFOTH back to the pedestal which belongs to the band.

Internet fan has the chance to check out the development of album Acerbity Torrent with the song 'Paradox (Heaven Icon mix)' on WEB compilation www.be4.aliens.sk. German fans can find the song 'Proper Behaviour' on the COP International CD compilation BODYBEATS. As the 2006 pre-promo of the forthcoming album, KIFOTH made 'Tyranny Set' (song, video, picture). Mir Colon comments: "I do like very much the track. At first, it is a reflection of the actual world wide being. And from the other side, the music is about decoying retro-elektro punk beat with rap element. The album temper is a mosaic of various themes, styles, basically said type of songs."

The executioners let out even message that they feel themselves more generous according to their electronical being. They're extremely fastidious on themselves. As frontman's confession: 'The ACERBITY TORRENT is slushed with blood of abused, full of desperation tears, worried by hopeless sob. It is full of my drafts of hate toward man slightness, toward my mate. All this under circumstances of being modern civilization". And the CD, 70 minutes of relentless electronic assault, perfectly blending the purest elements of old school EBM, authentic dark elektro and technoid beats is released by EAR/Vendetta Music.

The forthcoming album Violence Corporation has risen similarly as the Acerbity Torrent album. The composing took about 2 years. The music is well-knitted. The authors fixed themselves making the mixing better than ever before. Therefore, the intention is to keep the little difference as maximal as possible but the compactness should stay inviolate. I am surprised that it sounds fine even if it has been described so intricately. I had a chance to be closed in the studio with KIFOTH while songs '10 Fingers', 'In Depression', 'Victim', 'Manipulator' were mixed on. Very tough experience. To summarize as the Violence Corporation is focused on balanced sound composition, striking singing plains. As well as uncommon tunes that sounds often like unearthly trip.

This is the motto that made Thomas Rainer create his new musical project Nachtmahr in 2007. After the Austrian artist has achieved worldwide success with L'ame Immortelle and Siechtum in the past 11 years, he returns to his roots: the boiling dancefloors of industrial and goth clubs alike.

Inspired by numerous years of DJing, Nachtmahr is the missing link between merciless and provocative Industrial and the hammering power of Techno. The first release Kunst ist Krieg and it's club hit “BoomBoomBoom” instantly conquered the dancefloors worldwide. With the release of the full-length album Feuer frei! the success of the EP was exceeded by far: Germany's biggest and most influential dark music magazine Orkus quoted: “This is the new standard for the electro industrial genre” and the club single Katharsis dominated the clubs for months. 2002 - Origins: Punto Omega was founded in 2002 in Buenos Aires, Argentina after Pilgrim (programming, vocals and concepts) and Viator (lyrics and concepts) who worked together in other musical projects before, decided to form a band of their own combining EBM and Darkwave with orchestral and martial elements. They started to compose new songs and when the first demo tracks were finished they had the chance to include them in an argentinian electro compilation CD where the name Punto Omega appeared officially for the first time.

2003 - Contract and first remixes: Thomas Rainer (singer and composer for the austrian band L..âme Immortelle) also listened to the demos (which were available for download from Punto Omega's website) and introduced the band to the Trisol Music Group label, who signed Punto Omega soon thereafter. Now equipped with a record contract, Punto Omega started to work on what would become their first album and remixed several bands like The Retrosic (Germany), Z Prochek (Sweden), Project X (Sweden), Brüderschaft and L..âme Immortelle (Austria). Some of these remixes and their song titled "Punto Omega" were published in Europe for the first time on the "DJ Revelation 1" Compilation.

2004 - First album: On February 13th, 2004 their debut album titled "Punto Omega" was released worldwide as a stunning double CD digipak edition by Trisol Music Group including remixes by bands such as L'âme Immortelle (Austria), Angels & Agony (Holland), Lights of Euphoria (Germany), The Retrosic (Germany), Grendel (Holland), Run Level Zero (Sweden), Davantage (Germany), Sero Overdose (Germany), Jesus Complex (Holland), Nuclear Noise (Argentina), and the collaborations on guest vocals by Thomas Rainer (L'âme Immortelle) and Claus Bita (Cenobita) getting raving reviews in all major electro/gothic magazines and entitled as "Newcomer of the Month" in Orkus, Sonic Seducer and Zillo (the 3 biggest alternative music magazines in germany).

In june of the same year, the album was sold out. Because of this Trisol Music Group decided to re-release it, but this time without the bonus remix CD. This album was also released by North America..s leading Electro/Dark music label Metropolis Records (Apoptygma Berzerk, Front Line Assembly, Juno Reactor, KMFDM, Peter Murphy, etc.) for their territories.

2005 - Collaborations and more remixes: Through 2005 Punto Omega worked on remixes for Aiboforcen (Belgium), Dope Stars Inc. (Italy), Kirlian Camera (Italy), ASP (Germany) and composed an exclusive track titled "Sawtooth" which was included in the movie score for the film "SAW II" written by Charlie Clouser (Nine Inch Nails, Rob Zombie, Rammstein, Marilyn Manson). Pilgrim made a guest vocalist appearance in the song "You Are" by the german band Lights of Euphoria. Also in this year the band started to write for their next album.

2006 - Second album and first tour: In 2006 Punto Omega recorded their second album titled "Nostalgias del Origen", which was released by Trisol Music Group on December 4th in a luxurious limited edition of 2CDs in an A5 digipak with a 28 pages booklet and including remixes by bands as Funker Vogt (Germany), Dope Stars Inc. (Italy), Samsas Traum (Germany), Heimataerde (Germany), Metallspürhunde (Switzerland) and more. It also features the collaboration on guest vocals by Elena Fossi (Kirlian Camera) and Iván Muñoz (Hopeless) among others. This edition also includes a video with an interview and making of the album. "Nostalgias del Origen" got excellent reviews worlwide.

In December, 2006 Punto Omega presented their live show for the first time touring Germany and Austria as L'Âme Immortelle's special guests playing in 14 german cities and in Viena, Austria. The tour was a big success and left many opened doors for the near future.

2007 - First tour as main band & Wave Gotik Treffen festival: 2007 was a very important year for Punto Omega. The band made the first tour on their own playing in Chile, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Sweden including the world famous Wave Gotik Treffen festival becoming the first electro band from Argentina to play there.

2008/2009 - Third album: After a succesful and inspiring 2007, 2008 was dedicated to write and record the new album which is already finished and about to be released on January 16th 2009. The band also made a remix for the austrian industrial act Nachtmahr and appeared on the european version of the blockbuster SAW4 Movie Soundtrack. The band is currently preparing for their future live shows.

Already in their early years Joe and Daniel were experimenting with different music genres and found their destination in electronic music. Soon their first output Demo Lition was taking the dancefloors by storm. SAM was born. Shortly after the first, self-titled debut album Synthetic Adrenaline Music was being released by the Pro Noize label from the Dark Dimensions family. With their clubhit '24 Stunden' SAM entered the German Alternative Charts (DAC) and several other disco and webcharts. That was in 2006. After a short time of absence and development SAM started working on their new release Destruction Unit. After the pause, it seems that the music is more powerfull and aggressive than ever!
