NOTE: Most items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. All orders will be carefully packaged and legibly addressed. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any package shipped to a customer -- this is the responsibility of the respective carrier (United States Postal Service). International orders may be delayed due to the respective country's Customs Department. International orders may be subjected to additional charges due to duties, tariffs, or taxes.

Payments
We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL and US Funds-MONEY ORDER as forms of payment.
Credit card fraud is a federal offense. Vendetta Music will prosecute any fraudulent person to the fullest extent of the law.
To process a Credit Card order the following must be provided:
- The Full Name of the credit card holder.
- The Billing Address of the credit card holder. A problematic order (due to a declined credit card, an incorrect credit card number/ expiration date, or unverified Billing Address) will be put on "hold" for 48 hours. We will make every attempt to contact the customer in order to correct the situation during this time period. After this time period, unresolved orders will be cancelled.

Money Orders
MUST be sent with a copy of the order and/or the order number. If we receive payment without an order number, we will return the money order to you via U.S. Mail. Items may sometimes be out of stock when we receive your payment, so please list some alternatives you may want. If not, we will apply it as credit for future purchases. Money orders are payable to "VENDETTA MUSIC" in US funds only. Send money orders and a copy of your Order Form to:

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order for any reason.

BACKORDER POLICY
- We do not automatically backorder out of stock items. You will not be charged for an item that is out of stock. It is the customer's responsibility to re-order an out of stock item -- shipping charges apply.

RETURN POLICY
- All sales are considered final. Defective items can be exchanged for an identical item within 30 days of purchase. The customer must contact us before attempting a return to receive a Return Authorization. We will not accept any unauthorized returns or exchanges. The customer must pay for the returned item's shipping costs -- we will pay for the replacement item's shipping cost. No returns on vinyl, t-shirts or used CDs.

- All prices are in US funds. Colorado residents and orders shipping to Colorado addresses are subject to an added 7.72% CO sales tax.

- We are not responsible for any typographical errors.
- We are not responsible for errors in the descriptions of items.
- Release dates are subject to change.
- Every effort is made to keep the website inventory current and up to date.
- Items are subject to being out of stock, out of print, or deleted at any time.
- Please notify us regarding any errors or discrepancies concerning our website. - All inventory is new merchandise unless listed otherwise.
- Occasionally, imports arrive without plastic shrink-wrap. We guarantee that unwrapped imports are new items.

PRIVACY
- It is our policy to keep your personal information on file. We do not sell customer information to third parties . Occasionally, we send newsletters concerning new releases via email to our customers. You may unsubscribe to these emails by emailing info@vendetta-music.com with the subject heading "Unsubscribe". Please include your email address in the text.

Grading: Grading Key for vinyl records
Sealed: A new record that is still factory sealed.
Mint- Mint Minus: A nearly perfect record with no signs of obvious wear on the record or sleeve. New imports fall into this category, since they don't come sealed.
VG+ Very Good Plus: A record that has been played and handled carefully with possible light paper scuffs and scratches that don't affect playing. These records have most of their original luster and will satisfy almost any collector.
VG Very Good: A reasonable used copy, with obvious signs of wear and some surface noise. Groove wear may be evident, but these records are still decent copies.
VG- Very Good Minus: A record with significant wear marks and very noticeable surface noise.
